There are many famous examples of ceramics throughout history. Some notable examples include the Terracotta Army in China, which consists of thousands of life-sized ceramic soldiers, horses, and chariots; the Ming Dynasty porcelain vases, known for their intricate designs and vibrant colors; and the pottery of ancient Greece, known for its elegant shapes and decorative motifs.
